CVE-2026-23270 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-18 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: Only allow act_ct to bind to clsact/ingress qdiscs and shared blocks As Paolo said earlier [1]: "Since the blamed commit below, classify can return TC_ACT_CONSUMED while the current skb being held by the defragmentation engine. As reported by GangMin Kim, if such packet is that may cause a UaF when the defrag engine later on tries to tuch again such packet." act_ct was never meant to be used in the egress path, however some users are attaching it to egress today [2]. Attempting to reach a middle ground, we noticed that, while most qdiscs are not handling TC_ACT_CONSUMED, clsact/ingress qdiscs are. With that in mind, we address the issue by only allowing act_ct to bind to clsact/ingress qdiscs and shared blocks. That way it's still possible to attach act_ct to egress (albeit only with clsact). CVE-2026-23245 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-18 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/sched: act_gate: snapshot parameters with RCU on replace The gate action can be replaced while the hrtimer callback or dump path is walking the schedule list. Convert the parameters to an RCU-protected snapshot and swap updates under tcf_lock, freeing the previous snapshot via call_rcu(). When REPLACE omits the entry list, preserve the existing schedule so the effective state is unchanged.
CVE-2026-23227 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-18 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/exynos: vidi: use ctx->lock to protect struct vidi_context member variables related to memory alloc/free Exynos Virtual Display driver performs memory alloc/free operations without lock protection, which easily causes concurrency problem. For example, use-after-free can occur in race scenario like this: ``` CPU0 CPU1 CPU2 ---- ---- ---- vidi_connection_ioctl() if (vidi->connection) // true drm_edid = drm_edid_alloc(); // alloc drm_edid ... ctx->raw_edid = drm_edid; ... drm_mode_getconnector() drm_helper_probe_single_connector_modes() vidi_get_modes() if (ctx->raw_edid) // true drm_edid_dup(ctx->raw_edid); if (!drm_edid) // false ... vidi_connection_ioctl() if (vidi->connection) // false drm_edid_free(ctx->raw_edid); // free drm_edid ... drm_edid_alloc(drm_edid->edid) kmemdup(edid); // UAF!! ... ``` To prevent these vulns, at least in vidi_context, member variables related to memory alloc/free should be protected with ctx->lock.
CVE-2026-31414 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-18 7.0 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_conntrack_expect: use expect->helper Use expect->helper in ctnetlink and /proc to dump the helper name. Using nfct_help() without holding a reference to the master conntrack is unsafe. Use exp->master->helper in ctnetlink path if userspace does not provide an explicit helper when creating an expectation to retain the existing behaviour. The ctnetlink expectation path holds the reference on the master conntrack and nf_conntrack_expect lock and the nfnetlink glue path refers to the master ct that is attached to the skb.

CVE-2026-22851 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-04-18 5.9 Medium
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to 3.20.1, a race condition between the RDPGFX dynamic virtual channel thread and the SDL render thread leads to a heap use-after-free. Specifically, an escaped pointer to sdl->primary (SDL_Surface) is accessed after it has been freed during RDPGFX ResetGraphics handling. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.20.1.
CVE-2026-21908 2 Juniper, Juniper Networks 4 Junos, Junos Os Evolved, Junos Os and 1 more 2026-04-18 7.1 High
A Use After Free vulnerability was identified in the 802.1X authentication daemon (dot1xd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved that could allow an authenticated, network-adjacent attacker flapping a port to crash the dot1xd process, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS), or potentially execute arbitrary code within the context of the process running as root. The issue is specific to the processing of a change in authorization (CoA) when a port bounce occurs. A pointer is freed but was then referenced later in the same code path. Successful exploitation is outside the attacker's direct control due to the specific timing of the two events required to execute the vulnerable code path. This issue affects systems with 802.1X authentication port-based network access control (PNAC) enabled. This issue affects: Junos OS:  * from 23.2R2-S1 before 23.2R2-S5,  * from 23.4R2 before 23.4R2-S6,  * from 24.2 before 24.2R2-S3,  * from 24.4 before 24.4R2-S1,  * from 25.2 before 25.2R1-S2, 25.2R2;  Junos OS Evolved:  * from 23.2R2-S1 before 23.2R2-S5-EVO,  * from 23.4R2 before 23.4R2-S6-EVO,  * from 24.2 before 24.2R2-S3-EVO,  * from 24.4 before 24.4R2-S1-EVO,  * from 25.2 before 25.2R1-S2-EVO, 25.2R2-EVO.
CVE-2026-23883 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-04-18 9.8 Critical
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to version 3.21.0, `xf_Pointer_New` frees `cursorPixels` on failure, then `pointer_free` calls `xf_Pointer_Free` and frees it again, triggering ASan UAF. A malicious server can trigger a client‑side use after free, causing a crash (DoS) and potential heap corruption with code‑execution risk depending on allocator behavior and surrounding heap layout. Version 3.21.0 contains a patch for the issue.
CVE-2026-23884 1 Freerdp 1 Freerdp 2026-04-18 9.8 Critical
FreeRDP is a free implementation of the Remote Desktop Protocol. Prior to version 3.21.0, offscreen bitmap deletion leaves `gdi->drawing` pointing to freed memory, causing UAF when related update packets arrive. A malicious server can trigger a client‑side use after free, causing a crash (DoS) and potential heap corruption with code‑execution risk depending on allocator behavior and surrounding heap layout. Version 3.21.0 contains a patch for the issue.
CVE-2026-0908 4 Apple, Google, Linux and 1 more 4 Macos, Chrome, Linux Kernel and 1 more 2026-04-18 8.8 High
Use after free in ANGLE in Google Chrome prior to 144.0.7559.59 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Low)
CVE-2026-0794 2 Algo, Algosolutions 3 8180 Ip Audio Alerter, 8180 Ip Audio Alerter, 8180 Ip Audio Alerter Firmware 2026-04-18 9.8 Critical
ALGO 8180 IP Audio Alerter SIP Use-After-Free Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of ALGO 8180 IP Audio Alerter devices. Authentication is not required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the handling of SIP calls. The issue results from the lack of validating the existence of an object prior to performing operations on the object. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the device. Was ZDI-CAN-28303.
CVE-2026-23001 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-18 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: macvlan: fix possible UAF in macvlan_forward_source() Add RCU protection on (struct macvlan_source_entry)->vlan. Whenever macvlan_hash_del_source() is called, we must clear entry->vlan pointer before RCU grace period starts. This allows macvlan_forward_source() to skip over entries queued for freeing. Note that macvlan_dev are already RCU protected, as they are embedded in a standard netdev (netdev_priv(ndev)). https: //lore.kernel.org/netdev/695fb1e8.050a0220.1c677c.039f.GAE@google.com/T/#u
CVE-2026-23012 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-04-18 7.8 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/damon/core: remove call_control in inactive contexts If damon_call() is executed against a DAMON context that is not running, the function returns error while keeping the damon_call_control object linked to the context's call_controls list. Let's suppose the object is deallocated after the damon_call(), and yet another damon_call() is executed against the same context. The function tries to add the new damon_call_control object to the call_controls list, which still has the pointer to the previous damon_call_control object, which is deallocated. As a result, use-after-free happens. This can actually be triggered using the DAMON sysfs interface. It is not easily exploitable since it requires the sysfs write permission and making a definitely weird file writes, though. Please refer to the report for more details about the issue reproduction steps. Fix the issue by making two changes. Firstly, move the final kdamond_call() for cancelling all existing damon_call() requests from terminating DAMON context to be done before the ctx->kdamond reset. This makes any code that sees NULL ctx->kdamond can safely assume the context may not access damon_call() requests anymore. Secondly, let damon_call() to cleanup the damon_call_control objects that were added to the already-terminated DAMON context, before returning the error.
CVE-2026-22264 1 Oisf 1 Suricata 2026-04-18 7.4 High
Suricata is a network IDS, IPS and NSM engine. Prior to version 8.0.3 and 7.0.14, an unsigned integer overflow can lead to a heap use-after-free condition when generating excessive amounts of alerts for a single packet. Versions 8.0.3 and 7.0.14 contain a patch. As a workaround, do not run untrusted rulesets or run with less than 65536 signatures that can match on the same packet.
CVE-2026-20414 2 Google, Mediatek 9 Android, Mt6897, Mt6989 and 6 more 2026-04-18 6.7 Medium
In imgsys, there is a possible escalation of privilege due to use after free. This could lead to local escalation of privilege if a malicious actor has already obtained the System privilege. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS10362999; Issue ID: MSV-5625.
